This refreshing cocktail captures the essence of simplicity with just three ingredients: tequila, lime juice, and club soda.

The cocktail originated in the ranch country of West Texas, where cowboys and ranchers needed a simple, thirst-quenching drink that could be made with limited ingredients. The club soda allows the agave notes in the tequila to shine through, while the carbonation ensures every sip is fizzy and refreshing!
